Professional Teledata announced the hiring of Jason T. Nelson as a telephony engineer. He brings 15 years of telephony experience with him to Professional Teledata.

Jason’s duties will include support for the eQueue phone switch and the Manchester co-located equipment and network as part of the Freedom infrastructure, as well as the in-house eConn phone switch and network infrastructure. He will also provide support for the phone and network equipment of remote employees and premise installed eQueue and Millenium phone switches and network infrastructure at customer sites.

“I am excited to join the Professional Teledata team and to be working in a new environment,” said Jason. “I’ve already started drafting some new documentation and data-collection policies in order to improve the visibility of our network and our customer needs along with some analysis tools for the new data I’ll be collecting.”

“Jason brings vitality and perspective to this position that fits perfectly with our vision for the future at Professional Teledata,” said Pat Kalik, president of Professional Teledata. “Jason understands what we are all about.
