ATA Plans for Increased Attendance at the 2010 Convention & Expo

The American Teleservices Association’s (ATA) 2010 Convention & Expo themed, “Discover the Magic of Great Customer Contact” will provide specific steps to contact center professionals across the US and from around the world to better focus on meeting the new demands of the customer.  Attendees will learn how to best utilize communication technologies and strategies in order to keep the customer engaged, informed and coming back for more.

Keynote Presenter Bob Simmonds, Vice President of Walt Disney World Travel Operations, will discuss how using a combination of technology, finding the right Cast Members, and creating the proper motivation while still keeping it fun has transformed the Disney Resort Center into a strategic profit center for the Parks and Resorts Segment of the Walt Disney Company.  The Convention will be September 12-15, at Disney’s Contemporary Resort in Orlando, Florida.
