Zero Variance Expands Management Team

Patrick Conner, CEO of Zero Variance, announced the return of two former colleagues, Tim Devereux and Marshall Ogen.

Tim Devereux joins Zero Variance as the executive vice president and will responsible for the business strategy, client development, and financial planning. His background includes thirty years of experience developing and managing direct marketing businesses in the financial services arena.

Marshall Ogen, VP of new business, is returning to Zero Variance after eight years. Marshall is a twenty year veteran of the quality assurance space. According to Marshall, “It says a lot about Zero Variance that there has been significant growth with very little turn over in staff and clients.”

The hiring of Devereux and Ogen brings valuable experience to the management team and poises Zero Variance for a further expansion of services and clients. Zero Variance (www.zerovariance.com) is a PCI certified, quality assurance and business intelligence provider.
