Synergy Solutions Appoints Jim Plonsker as Sales Director

Synergy Solutions, Inc., a provider of outsourced customer contact solutions, announced the appointment of James Plonsker to the role of Sales Director.  Mr. Plonsker has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience selling complex outsourced solutions to major corporations.  With high-level experience in selling U.S.-based customer relationship management, receivables management, and fulfillment services to brick and mortar as well as Internet-based companies, Mr. Plonsker brings to Synergy Solutions knowledge and skills used in the sales process from the initial contact through contract negotiation.

Mr. Plonsker’s career began in manufacturing and then shifted to contact center outsourcing where he has held high-level sales and marketing positions.  Jim has experience with on-shore, near-shore, and off-shore contact center locations and has worked extensively with leading corporations in the retail, telecommunications, travel and hospitality, financial services, and manufacturing industries.
