Professional Teledata released Version 3 of its PInnacle Web Portal into beta testing at several customer sites. This successful release was the result of a combined effort between the Professional Teledata engineering department and the PInnacle Users Group Web Committee. This new release, which is provided to all PInnacle sites as part of their support contracts, includes the following new features:
- Enhanced “message management” that allows customers real time access to their messages
- An “announcements” section
- Private uploads/downloads for each customer
- On-call management
- Contact list management
- Dispatcher alerts
All of these features can be configured at the account/login level to allow for high levels of access flexibility.
