PACE Midwest Chapter Event Recap

The Midwest chapter of the Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE) hosted a daylong training session in Omaha on November 7 titled, “Strengthen Your Customer Engagement Team.” An estimated 75 attendees had the opportunity to learn from presenters from companies including AAA The Auto Club Group, TPG TeleManagement, Cornerstone Staffing, Hayneedle, West Business Services, and Inspired Performance Solutions.

Featured topics included how to identify long-term talent, how to create the infrastructure to support your employee goals, adoption of new technology and what to do to keep good employees.
