nSolve, have released version 2.18 of their nCall call handling software to their worldwide customer base. This release includes the new caller history feature. When a new call comes through, the caller history feature will display all other recent calls made from that telephone number. It will tell the agent the caller’s name, if known, when the call was taken by which agent, and how it was handled.
nSolve has already received positive feedback about this feature from their customers. These customers include Adrian Reilly from UK-based Ansacom who said, “The new nCall update has proved invaluable to our business. The history feature has allowed us to immediately access past calls with the caller still on the line. This has resulted in a key improvement to our customer relations and overall call handling.”
The new caller history feature enhances nCall’s feature-rich software system that supports the agent through the whole call handling process, including message taking and transfer. nCall’s recently enhanced client billing capabilities has also been well received; it extends the range of services that can be included in individual client’s billing.
