Global Telesourcing Named to Inc. 500

Global Telesourcing has been named one of the 500 fastest growing private companies in the country by Inc. Magazine. The company’s 847% three-year growth rate underscores the reputation this teleservices provider has earned among Fortune 1000 companies seeking to realize aggressive sales goals and revenue growth.

Bill Colton, Global Telesourcing’s president, explained their sales-focused approach. “By not trying to be all things to all clients, we concentrate on delivering outstanding sales results for some of the world’s most respected brands.”

Global Telesourcing offers clients a unique value proposition as a U.S.-owned business operating a near-shore call center in Mexico, which is staffed exclusively by native-level English- and Spanish-speaking agents. “We achieve results and quality scores that typically outperform domestic U.S. competitors, but at a dramatically lower cost,” Colton said.

For CEO Tom Herrity, the Inc. Magazine award represents the third time a company under his leadership has been named to the list. Herrity’s previous Inc. 500 winners — Direct Impact in 1995 and DDC Advocacy (formerly Democracy Data & Communications) in 2002 — continue to operate and, combined with Global Telesourcing, collectively employ more than 650 people.
