ATA Midwest Chapter will hold its first-ever regional event in Des Moines, Iowa on July 28. The topic is “Effective Employee Retention Strategies for Call Centers” and is being sponsored by Avtex. ATA members and non-members are invited to participate in the event at Dos Rios Cantina from 2 pm to 6 pm.
The featured speaker will be Robert Cowen from Snowfly Incentives. In addition, call center leaders will participate in a panel discussion to share key insights and solutions which they have found effective in retaining call center staff. Panelists will include Thomas Cardella from Thomas L Cardella & Associates, Kourtney Keough from Marketlink, Josephine Simmons from SatCom Marketing and Jack Higginbotham from Healthways.
ATA Midwest Chapter board members Kourtney Keough, Annette Thorsen (SatCom Marketing), and Michael Thompson (TPG TeleManagement) have been instrumental in creating this first-ever regional event with a goal of better serving more geographic regions within the ATA Midwest Chapter. It is anticipated that the next regional event will be held in the Twin Cities region.
