Envision Names Ron Strandin CEO

Envision, a provider of coaching and workforce optimization solutions, named Ron Strandin as chief executive officer (CEO), replacing founder and former CEO Rodney Kuhn, who will remain as the chairman of the board.

Strandin rejoins Envision where he was vice president, sales and marketing from 1999-2003 and was instrumental in the creation of Envision Click2Coach®, the company’s award-winning solution for agent performance improvement.

Strandin brings more than 20 years software industry experience building and managing high-performance teams that drive rapid revenue growth. Prior to rejoining Envision, Strandin was at Talyst where he rose from a division vice president of sales to executive vice president.

Envision is a workforce optimization provider with an emphasis on agent effectiveness and coaching. Its solutions help companies increase agent performance and job satisfaction, drive revenues through more cross-sells and up-sells, lower operating costs, increase call and contact center ROI, and drive customer retention and brand loyalty.

Kuhn will remain fully engaged in the business as both chairman of the board and product visionary to continue to help support Envision customers, employees and partners.
