Atención Telefónica Expands to the US with AtelUSA

AtelUSA, a division of Atención Telefónica, a Mexico call center provider, announced the expansion of its operations into the United States. The recently acquired office space in San Diego, California is dedicated to servicing AtelUSA’s US clients and selling its Spanish-language call center services.

“ATEL has been servicing Mexico’s number one wireless service provider during the last 16 years and has six contact centers in Mexico’s main cities,” said Eduardo Rovira Martínez del Campo, who is AtelUSA’s CEO. There is tremendous growth potential in the US, out of our core Atención Telefónica brand in Mexico.”
