ATA Midwest Chapter Meeting November 11

The Midwest Chapter of the American Teleservices Association (ATA) announced the topic of its upcoming meeting in Omaha, Nebraska.  The title of the day-long event scheduled for November 11 is “Peak Performance for Your Inbound or Outbound Call Center Operation.”  The event is targeted to attract call center managers, supervisors, trainers, quality assurance personnel, and executive leadership throughout the Midwest region.  The event is open to both members and non-members.

Featured topics include “Work at Home,” “Revamping Your Quality Monitoring Program,” “Using Incentives to Drive Agent Performance,” and “The Positive Coach Approach.”  The ATA Midwest Chapter has put together a schedule of four powerful sessions with sought-after industry experts and authors including Judy McKee of McKee Consulting, Michele Rowan of Customer Contact Strategies, Kourtney Keough of Marketlink, Rita Wood of Network Direct, Denise Pullen of Hyatt, Tyler Mitchell, and Bob Coen of Snowfly Incentives.

In addition, as part of its commitment to community service, the ATA Midwest Chapter is hosting its second Call Centers Care Event; attendees are encouraged to bring toys to be donated to one of the local charities in Omaha.
