ATA Launches CEO Search

The American Teleservices Association (ATA) has formally launched its search for a new CEO to serve as a permanent replacement to predecessor CEO, Tim Searcy.  As previously communicated, Robert Kobek will continue to serve as interim president throughout the search process.

The search committee is comprised of select national ATA executive committee members and board directors and being led by Lisa DeFalco.  “The Executive Search Committee has invested significant time in defining where we are as an association, incorporating the needs of our membership, and future goals for the ATA.” stated DeFalco.  “From this work we have defined the skills, experience, and degree of industry participation required from our next CEO.  While we are utilizing a wide array of communications channels to make this opportunity widely visible and attract qualified applicants, it’s clear we are seeking an individual with deep teleservices and multi-channel experience, professional teleservices related association knowledge and background, and a proven leader in business transformation practices.”

“We are pleased with the tremendous success of our recent Annual Convention and the ATA has never been stronger,” continued DeFalco.  “The individual contributions of Tim Searcy have been integral to our collective success, and we are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to hear CEO candidates propose their plans for working with the National Board to build on this success and further strengthen the ATA.”
