ATA Announces Convention Dates; Seeks Speakers

The American Teleservices Association (ATA) announced that its 2011 Convention & Expo will be March 13-16, in Phoenix, Arizona at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge.  The association is looking for dynamic speakers who are “How-to Experts.”  Attendees have praised the content and speakers of past events for providing timely and relevant content.  Based on feedback from leaders in the teleservices industry, the ATA has set new expectations for keynotes and speakers to ensure convention attendees walk away with actionable step-by-step guidelines and processes to effect change in their organizations.

The association will only consider new and cutting-edge topics that give instructions that will affect business practices in 2011 and beyond.  Speakers and panelists should use case studies, research, analytics, and technology solutions as the basis of their content in the following areas: how to be the leading business solutions company in the new age of customer contact, how to align operations with new performance improvement demands, how to incorporate professional development that ultimately leads to improved customer relations, how to deal with the complex issues that will result from new proposed legislation and much more.

Speakers and panelists will be strongly encouraged to bring clients and other supporting documentation that explains actual business challenges and the actual steps taken to address such challenges.  Speakers should also be prepared to provide research and additional resources that give attendees tools for implementation.

Anyone interested in speaking or being a panelist for the convention should apply by November 12, 2010.
