The ATA (American Teleservices Association) announced that they will be moving their annual convention and expo to the spring in 2011. Their Washington summit will then move to the fall. ATA’s Tim Searcy made the announcement at the recent ATA convention, noting that swapping these two annual events will place both of them at a better time of the year, more appropriately meeting their intended purposes.
