Amtelco’s miSecureMessages Partners Program Success

Amtelco works with call center partners to help market miSecureMessages (MSM) to their clients. The MSM certified partners program continues to grow and now includes more than one hundred partners.

For MSM certified partners, Amtelco provides marketing materials including a movie, a marketing call script, a case study full of marketing tips, content ideas for brochures, and an email template. MSM certified partners also are featured on the MSM website at www.misecuremessages.com/contact-us.

MSM certified partners also receive a set of core benefits that can help call centers become more profitable, better serve customers, and build connections to reach their full business potential. Some of the high-value benefits of being a miSecureMessages certified partner include discounted per-device monthly rates that give call centers a better profit opportunity on each miSecureMessages user, access to tier-one customer support, and a “miSecureMessages Certified Partner” logo that can be used on printed materials and websites.

In other news, Amtelco has completed compliance testing with its Infinity SIP Attendant Console to interoperate with Avaya Aura® Communication Manager and Avaya Aura Session Manager using SIP trunks. Amtelco’s Infinity SIP Attendant Console is a SIP-based (session initiation protocol) soft phone solution that provides phone and operator state controls during call handling.

Amtelco has been a member of the Avaya DevConnect partner program for ten years. Other Amtelco products have received DevConnect certification, including an Infinity Q.SIG interface, intelligent soft agent attendant, the RED Alert automated notification system, and the eCreator PDS agent-scripting tool.
