The 2014 National Amtelco Equipment Owners Conference took place in Dallas, Texas, March 11-13. Over 200 NAEO members attended the conference to learn and share their success using the Infinity system and other Amtelco products. Amtelco participated in the pre-conference activities by presenting an Amtelco University (AU) session, “Learn to say yes to the most difficult call handling protocols and expand your opportunities.”
Amtelco welcomed attendees to a reception on Tuesday evening with country music provided by Amtelco sales representative, Bob Bennett’s, Borrowed Bandits Band.
Kevin Beale, Amtelco’s vice president for R & D Software, presented “When you have Infinity and IS, you can always say yes!” covering developments in the Intelligent Series v4.1, designed to add new services and to increase profits for call centers.
On Tuesday NAEO and Amtelco provided in-depth technical presentations presented by Greg Beale, Amtelco’s vice president of customer service, and Jody Laluzerne, customer service supervisor. A lot of excitement was generated by these Amtelco sessions and the Amtelco Demo Room was always full of attendees looking for more information and one-on-one demonstrations.
