E & O Insurance

E & O Insurance: Errors and Omission (E & O) insurance is used by many outsourcing call centers and telephone answering services to protect them from lawsuits and the threat of litigation for unintentional service lapses by call center agents.  These problems can fall in the category of service “errors” or service “omissions.”  Be sure to select an E & O policy from an insurance firm who specializes in providing insurance to teleservice companies.
