Predictive Dialers
Predictive Dialers: To maximize
the effectiveness of outbound telemarketing agents, sophisticated, automated
dialers are used. Predictive dialers
monitor agent call length, as well as other parameters, dialing prospects’
numbers from a database in anticipation of when an agent will be completed with
one call and ready for the next. Predictive
dialers can allow agents to double or triple the number of callers they talk to
when compared to manual dialing. Many
predictive dialers interface to Do-Not-Call databases to ensure that prohibited
numbers are not inadvertently called. They
can also be programmed to meet time of day calling restrictions to ensure that
numbers are not called outside of mandated time frames.
