Third Party Equipment Repair: Call center equipment repair is generally provided by vendors to their customers.  In cases where manufacturer repairs is no longer available (either due to scheduled phase out or to bankruptcy), third party providers emerge to provide critical repair service and support.  Some providers specialize in equipment from one vendor, whereas others cover multiple product lines.
