WW-Outsourcing International Adds Outbound

WW-Outsourcing International Services, Inc. had a prospective client who wanted an agent to do outbound warm calling. However, their Philippines office did not have a predictive dialer; all of their remote agent stations were configured only for inbound calls.

Not knowing how to provide what the prospect wanted, “I called Wayne Scaggs at Alston Tascom,” stated Doris Primicerio, president. “He was able to make the remote agent connect right into the client’s own predictive dialer in the U.S. Now our new client can monitor their remote agents and study their call reports right from their office in the U.S.”

The client is pleased and has reported that the Philippine agent is doing better than some of their U.S.-based agents.
