Time Communications, of White Bear Lake Minnesota, was honored with the prestigious Call Centre Award of Distinction by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X) for the fourth consecutive year. Of all the call centers honored, Time Communications ranked first.
Additionally, Time Communications received the CAM-X Award of Excellence for the fifth consecutive year and similar awards earlier this year from ATSI (Association of TeleServices International). Time Communications is the only call center that has received top scores in the Award of Distinction from both ATSI and CAM-X.
The Call Centre Award of Distinction was created in response to requests by call centers for a tool to measure the skills of their call center agents. “The Call Centre Award of Distinction recognizes those companies that have achieved best practice standards for complex call center applications,” said CAM-X president Mary Anne Straw. “These include e-commerce, call flow scripting, and process driven operations.”
“Our representatives undergo extensive training and take a great deal of pride in being able to provide the best quality call center service possible,” said Mike Eastwood, Time Communications GM. “This award is a testament to the entire staff’s dedication.”
