First Call Resolution Promotes Tim Galarza

First Call Resolution (FCR), a provider of outsourced live agent call center and businesses process solutions to the new economy, telecom, internet, healthcare, medical, merchant services, finance, travel, high tech, transportation, and insurance industries, announced the promotion of Tim Galarza, from business analyst to director of strategic planning.

As the Director of Strategic Planning, Tim will oversee all planning and forecasting for operations including workforce management, capacity planning, and business analysis; he will work closely with IT on future reporting requirements.
