Call Center Locator Site Expands, Offers New Features

Connections Magazine logoMattawan, Michigan – FindACallCenter.com has expanded its contact center listing categories to help those seeking contact center services better connect with outsourcing call centers and teleservice providers.

The new categories feature contact centers that offer email processing and text chat to their clients.

Peter DeHaan, publisher of Connections Magazine and president of Peter DeHaan Publishing Inc which publishes the site, stated, “We will continue to grow and expand this site as needed to provide users with quick access to the information they seek.”

These new headings are in addition to the original categories of inbound/outbound call centers and inbound call centers. There are also directories of multilingual call centers and call centers serving vertical markets, as well as geographical listings for USA, Canada, and offshore (non-North America).

Teleservice agencies and outsourcing contact centers who wish to be listed can sign-up on the Connections Magazine website. There is a one-time charge of $100 for a basic listing. New listings will be added to FindACAllCenter.com, as well as possible future appearances in Connections Magazine.
