Manzon to Head Contact
Center Compliance

Contact Center Compliance Corporation announced that Rafael Manzon, former
American Teleservices Association director, has been appointed chief executive
officer (CEO).
Manzon is an internationally recognized industry leader who served on the
executive team of the nonprofit trade association (ATA) for over seven years.
He has a proven record of developing corporate strategies that improve market
share, visibility, and profitability for many contact center companies. “I am
honored to be joining the Contact Center Compliance team,” said Manzon.
Chairman Ron Allen said, “Rafael has had an impressive legacy of accomplishments
