Pitfalls of Political Calling: The Challenges and the Myths

With political campaigning in full swing in the United States, there is a whirl of activity among outbound call centers, especially those offering automated outbound calling.  These calls have the potential to aid in a campaign’s success, while simultaneously increasing the ire of the American consumer who may be deluged with calls.  This presents a challenge to call centers, including offering an opportunity to educate the public about what is fact and what is fiction for outbound calling.
