Offshoring

Call center offshoring is not the same as call center outsourcing (outsourcing can occur on-shore and offshore).  Call Center Offshoring means moving call centers to another country, other than where the calls originate from or are being made to.  Although this can occur in any country, the most common application is United States call centers relocating to another country to save money or tap into other labor markets or gain expertise.
