The CAM-X 2007 Award of Excellence
November 2007
Each year, CAM-X (The Canadian Call Management
Association;
www.camx.ca) recognizes call centers that have achieved and maintained
distinction and excellence. This achievement puts them among the top call
centers worldwide.
With increasing worldwide participation, the
CAM-X Award of Excellence program is a "mystery caller" program that offers
telemessaging call centers the opportunity to have their agents evaluated by an
independent panel of judges over a six-month period. The mystery callers
conduct test calls based on the submitted client profile information provide
when registering for the program. At the completion of the calling phase, two
independent judges listen to recordings of the test calls to assess a score
based on a predetermined point scoring process. Only companies achieving an
overall score of 80 percent or higher can receive the Award of Excellence.
Multiyear winners are recognized for their cumulative achievement of this
recognition, a testament to their ongoing, consistent quality year after year.
