New ATA Board Members
November 2006
The American
Teleservices Association (ATA) announced six new members to its Board of
Directors at the 2006 Annual Convention and Expo in Orlando, FL. New
members include: Jane Bulman from Comcast, Jim Danz from Princeton Resorts
Group, David DeLellis from JP Morgan Chase, Mike Rauscher from Affinion Group,
Robert Simmonds from Disney, and Keith Warren from Bank of America.
Jane
Bulman is a twenty-nine-year cable
television and communications professional with experience in marketing, sales,
and management. She has held her
current position as Comcast Cable’s senior director of national telemarketing
Services for three and a half of her total eighteen and a half years, primarily
focused in sales and marketing for local cable operations of over 225,000
subscribers.
James
R. Danz, R.R.P., has been involved in vacation ownership marketing and sales
for over nineteen years. Prior to
joining Princeton Resorts Group, he served as the vice president of marketing at
the Success Companies, Inc. from 1992 to 2002 where he was responsible for an
extensive marketing portfolio yielding over $75 million in sales per annum.
Dave
DeLellis is a senior vice president in card services at JPMorgan Chase.
He manages all international operations, including the telemarketing
operations. During the past four
years, Mr. DeLellis has established Chase sites in the Philippines and India
combined with a global network of strategic vendors.
Michael
P. Rauscher is executive vice president of marketing for Affinion Group,
which includes the membership business of Trilegiant Corporation and the direct
marketing insurance business of Progeny Marketing Innovations.
In this capacity, he is responsible for marketing strategy and execution,
creative development, graphic services and print production, modeling, and
database marketing.
Robert
Simmonds is the vice president of travel operations for Disney Destinations,
LLC. His responsibilities include the operation of the Disney Reservation
Centers in Orlando and Tampa. The Disney Reservation Centers support guest
contacts throughout the North America and the United Kingdom’s Walt Disney
World’s Parks and Resorts.
Keith
Warren is a senior vice president for Bank of America, serving as the senior
operational risk manager for the Bank of America Insurance Services Group.
In this capacity, Keith and his team are responsible for risk management for the
bank’s credit card, mortgage, and loan debt cancellation products.
