2004 ATSI Awards of Excellence
September 2004
At
their recent annual convention, ATSI (the Association of TeleServices
International) recognized call centers and teleservice companies for outstanding
quality and performance through their Award
of Excellence program. This
program uses independent third party mystery callers and evaluators to
ascertain call quality and professionalism.
ATSI
Award of Excellence:
According
to ATSI, "Excellence requires a level of service that considers the caller
first in every aspect of the call. Excellence
makes a caller believe they are the most important person (or their problem is
the most important consideration). How
the agent handles every call, from beginning to end determines the success of
your client relationship." While
most teleservice companies provide good service, ATSI seeks to identify and
reward the best of the best, bestowing on them their coveted Award of
Excellence.
Here

have earned the award for multiple years, indicating quality on a consistent,
year in and year out basis.
