Director of Participant Operations sought for
CauseForce, a North American event producer. Headquartered in L.A.,
CauseForce has offices in Canada and has raised $180+ million for cancer
charities. Position manages 4 regional operations managers based in Canada,
who in turn supervise staff in 7 Canadian offices. The Director will
develop/retain teammates, who are, in effect, telephone sales and customer

years experience managing sales-oriented teams in remote locations; Travel
to Canada (position based in Los Angeles); Background in
